Not happy with the Service

I went to beauty brands for hair hair highlights, I didn't like their service as my appointment was booked with someone else but they aligned me with other staff stating that the person has another appointment. I agreed and then the lady who was doing my hair left me in the middle without saying anything to me and then another lady came & she told me I will do rest of your hair. I was so surprised with what's happening. They didn't have the courtesy to even say sorry and apologize.
It happened with one of my friend also she booked appointment for hair and they called and said the hair stylist is still busy with the previous customer you have to cancel it.
So, their is a huge problem with hair stylist over there.
For hair services they will assign different different person and they will leave in the middle.

Repeat customer BANNED

I purchased multiple times from their website over the years. After having orders cancelled after payment, I contacted customer service. I was told there was some reselling going on in my area and I was not allowed to purchase from their company. I was not buying merchandise to resell. I saw some good deals and tried to purchase more than 1. Without any communication, beauty brands has decided to decline my business. I had also received expired and used items in the past when ordering from them.

Rip off company

I ordered same pop & conditioner from them because of an email with a deal for the brand i like. I placed an order for liter bottles of each but i received the 10.1 ox bottles instead. The picture on their website was of a liter bottle & the listing was for a bottle. I've called their customer service number 3 times, never get a person, but i've left 3 messages yet have NOT received a call back
I will be sending the items back & demanding a refund i will NEVER order from this company again nor would i recommend anyone else order from them

Great Company

Dear Beauty Brands, I am not a robot! I ordered 2 Litres of Joico JoiFULL Volumizing Shampoo JOI 33.8oz and received them approximately 5 to 6 days later in Texas. I had no issues with the process I got spooked after reading this website and almost cancelled the order but I decided to wait it out. I want to Thank the Company for fulfilling their end of the bargain. Thanks

Stay away from this company

I MADE A PURCHASE IN EARLY JUNE 2020 AND NEVER GOT ANY TRACKING INFO, LIKE PROMISED. I HAVE EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 TIMES AND HAVE GOTTEN ZERO RESPONSES AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGES WITH MY BANK. STAY AWAY!

That is what I received for $$ taken from my account in December of 2019. I have written about 25 emails with no response. DO NOT ORDER from here. They take your money, ship nothing and then ignore you.

No product delivered, NO COMMUNICATION! SCAM!

I purchased and paid for a product that they never delivered. I emailed twice and asked about the product or a refund and they never responded. There is no phone number to call. TOTAL SCAM!

Worst customer service

I placed an order online. My credit card was charged but the order was never delivered. When I called customer service, I spoke to this woman who told me she was the only customer service person available. She had sub par customer service skills and was extremely rude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me that wasn't possible. When I insisted, she hung up the phone on me. I tried this service only one strongly would urge you to look elsewhere!

It is a SCAM

I order a Clarins body cream 3 weeks ago for my sister's birthday. Nothing arrived, it keeps showing as shipped. No one answers the phone. The tracking app is another scam wanting a lot of information from you before telling you it shows as shipped. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I am going to work with my credit card company to see if they can credit me.
